Job Summary
Actuarial Reserving Intern
Duration: 3 to 12 months (full-time / part-time min. 3 days per week)
Starting date: Immediate (negotiable)
Key duties and responsibilities
The Reserving Intern will have the opportunity to work with experienced actuaries at SCOR P&C and will be involved in and/or responsible for (non-exhaustive list)
- Assisting on closing process, with specific focus on improving automation and processes
- Redesigning / developing existing work processes with the aim to increase efficiency and streamline data processing time
- Upgrading the design of various actuarial reports used by the team
- Ad hoc studies / tasks, such as large loss analysis, sensitivity tests on the reserves etc

Required experience & competencies
Expertise:
- Previous working experience or internship in Actuarial field is not required but will be advantageous
- Strong analytical skill
- Previously worked on similar analytical university/work projects

Required Education
- 2nd or final year, with a major in Actuarial, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.
- GPA of 3.5 or higher
