- Job Summary


As the Head of M&C, you are in charge of managing the Management & Control pillar, with the mission to support IT Functional and IT Technical and bringing consistency on transversal IT activities:


  • IT strategy follow-up and reporting + link with Digital
  • Security and compliance
  • Financial control and vendor management
  • IT communication
  • Performance of services and implementation of IT tools
  • Human resources and skills management
  • Key IT processes


- Key duties and responsibilities


On a day-to-day basis, you will manage and animate worldwide-based teams of 15 employees and coordinate your activities with the 2 other IT pillars as well as GPO, HR, Communications, Finance and Compliance departments.

As the Head of M&C, your main responsibilities are to:


  • Management
    • Lead and organize the team and the activities (prioritize, plan, control)
    • Negotiate objectives and means to succeed
    • Report to the IT Management of the M&C global activity
    • Analyze and propose actions to continuously improve M&C efficiency


  • IT Strategy
    • Structure and execute the follow-up of the IT Strategy


  • IT Financial control
    • Manage the IT financial control from budget to execution
    • Implement the future cost model, in accordance with the IT Strategy Action Plan and in close relationship with the Finance department 
    • Define and set up the Partnership and Vendor Management approach
    • Define and set up the sourcing strategy to optimize cost and efficiency, in coordination with the Legal department, contribute to ease contractual phases


  • Human Resources and Skills
    • Coordinate, with Group HR, actions related to IT skills management (development plans, training plans, recruitments…)
    • Ensure the follow-up of the various plans


  • Processes and Tools
    • Define and implement a pragmatic approach to structure, design, promote and monitor key IT processes (asset management, delivery planning management, patch management…), in strong relationship with IT Functional and IT Technical teams
    • Improve the IT project management delivery (means and tools rolled-out for IT Teams, as Service Now, Plan View, Project Place)


  • Security & Compliance
    • Coordinate all the activities related to Security and Compliance, in close relationship with the Legal and Internal Control departments, and potentially with Regulators
    • Manage risks and take actions to maintain or reinforce IT security, particularly Data Protection  
    • Identify Regulatory matters and deal with them
    • Manage relationship with Auditors, internal and external


  • IT Communication
    • Define and set up a yearly communication plan, in close relationship with the Group Communications
    • Valorize and promote the service offer (catalog of services) and the quality of service
