- Job Summary

In the SCOR Global P&C division, as part of the transformational initiative, the Agile Leader will be responsible for deploying Agile across the organization. The Agile Leader will be accountable for driving the agenda to become an agile company. He/She will be accountable for training, coaching, deployment of agile practices and ensure adoption of agile mindset. The Agile Leader will  partner with IT and business teams to apply these practices.

 

- Key duties and responsibilities

  • Identify pain points, challenges where Agile deployment could benefit to the BU
  • Lead organizational agile assessments (teams, tools, methodologies)
  • Lead interviews with teams and organizations to collect information on ways of working and needs
  • Responsible to build the overall agenda, target, action plan, in coordination with the business and operational stakeholders
  • Responsible for educating organization on agile methodology and promote mindset change
  • Ensure awareness, consensus and adoption of agile
  • Deliver the Onboarding plan including coaching specific teams/projects
  • Adapt agile methodology upon nature of projects
  • Drive continuous improvement to enable higher performing programs, organizations and teams
  • Advance adoption through partnering and influencial change
  • Track benefits of agile

 

- Required experience & competencies

Experience:

  • Recognized advanced agile certification from approved body
  • At least 8 years of Agile coaching and transformation experience within consulting firm or large corporations
  • 12+ years’ experience performing as an Agile team member such as Agile Team Facilitator / Scrum Master, Product Owner, Analyst or Engineering practice lead
  • Experience in turning organisations agile with clear improvements
  • Track record leading large Agile transformations
  • Experience providing Data driven insights and innovative solutions

Personal Competencies:

  • Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and methodologies
  • Ability to influence change across both operational and leadership levels through relationship building and collaboration
  • Master of Agile techniques including Scrum, Kanban, User Story, etc and scaled Agile methods and hybrid models
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation and conflict management skills
  • Understanding of complex organizational design
  • Working knowledge of enterprise agile tools
