Key duties and responsibilities

• Maintain OMEGA ATB/technical related transactions by

o Ensuring cash receipts are promptly claimed and accurately allocated.

o Ensuring agent balances are collected/resolved within the time designated by the contract

terms and financial reporting rules.

o Prepare timely, accurate, and comprehensive cash and collection reconciliations.

o Ensuring client statements are accurately and timely prepared and transmitted on a quarterly

basis, some more frequently to accommodate client requests.

• Conduct OMEGA banking request investigations, including call backs, within the time frame

established by group.

• Produce clear and comprehensive written communications.

• Exercise excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Ensure ATB related support and banking request documents are complete and properly stored in


• Assistance with new projects as needed.

Required experience & competencies



 4 years in Reinsurance Accounting with a reinsurance company (preferable) or broker, or up to 4

years in another Insurance or Accounting position

 Good general computer skills, intermediate knowledge of Excel


Required Education

 Some College preferred.
